At MA Bhat Marble & Tiles, we aim to provide high-quality marble, tiles, and natural stone products. Due to the natural characteristics of these materials, variations in color, pattern, and texture may occur. Our refund and return policy ensures fairness and transparency for our customers.
1. Return Eligibility
- Product delivered damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Issue reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Material must be unused and uninstalled
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Installed marble, tiles, or stone products
- Custom-cut or specially prepared materials
- Special order products
- Discounted or clearance items
- Natural variation in stone color or pattern
3. Inspection Before Installation
Customers are strongly advised to inspect all materials before installation. Once materials are cut, installed, or altered, MA Bhat Marble & Tiles cannot provide refunds or replacements.
4. Refund Process
- Approved returns must be brought back to our store
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or store credit
5. Return Transportation Charges
Return transportation or shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or before materials are cut or prepared. After materials are prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
